Write me an application that can control the microphone and speakers on a remote computer (running Win 10 Pro)
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We are a small firm with two offices that would like to be able to remotely control the audio in our respective offices, from the other remote office.
Each office has a physical machine running Win10Pro with microphone, speaker etc, which are connected via a Slack video call. These machines run 24x7. At various times in the day, other individual users can join the Slack call from wherever they are, and listen in/contribute to/communicate with the users who are in the offices.
At various times there may be a need to close the audio link (but leaving the video stream running) between the offices. At the moment, an individual in the office leaves their desk, goes to the relevant office machine and mutes the microphone or speakers etc. Often, they then forget to unmute the microphone/speakers later on.
We would like a "master" app that sits on each of the two office machines (if needed). We would then like a "control" app/widget that sits on any desktop that we choose to install it to. The app/widget can mute the mic or speakers of either the local or the remote office. It can also reactivate/unmute the mic or speakers of the local or remote office. It can also mute the mic or speakers of either office for a preset length of time, after which they would automatically un-mute.
The two machines could be anywhere in the world, and potentially sat behind firewalled networks, so there may need to be an element of DynamicDNS employed in the solution, though I am very open to alternative structures/solutions.
