Weighted schedule

I’m looking for a programmer to help my employees provide preferences to a schedule and let them avoid duties they dislike while ensuring that they are more likely to get duties they like, if this is doable with excel then I’ll take that too as long as I can keep the employees from messing with the math or seeing the recommended schedule (don’t want the in training people to feel singled out)
