Web Tracking System for Content Discovery

I'm looking for a professional who can set up a web tracking system for me.
I need to feed the system with a specific topic and have it monitor (1) new scientific publications, (2) some selected X accounts and some selected websites.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in web tracking and content monitoring
- Familiarity with setting up RSS Feeds / web alerts
- Proficient in Search Engine tracking
- Able to monitor and track content from specific websites
- Knowledgeable in filtering and searching content based on specific topics
The tracked content should be reported in a CSV file. Sentiment analysis is not needed for the tracked content.
