URGENT python terminal app
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Terminal app needs fixing.
I have roughly 12 hours for this to be completed.
No offers of more than 1 day will even be looked at.
The earlier the better.
4 main things.
1 - - - - - - -
First off - I need this terminal app fixed as it completely stops after

Then I need it changed so that instead of the recipe.csv showing a number, I need it to show a full recipe.
Then that full recipe can come up instead of recipe "101", "102" etc. as it currently does.
Eg.

Your recipe is pancakes
Ingredients:
Eggs
Milk
Butter
Method:
Pour in pan
Fry"
I can add actual recipes myself, placeholder text will do for now.

Then I need the ability for multiple recipes per criteria.
As you will see in the recipe.csv, I have one option per criteria met.
I would like the criteria to be able to offer multiple recipes, not just one, then the user can choose which recipe they want.

Then I want the add function fixed. To actually write to the csv file.
I want the user to be able to permanently add their own recipe by entering their ingredients and method and have that saved so that a user can then find that recipe based on the criteria answered.
The application will have to ask the user (and save their answers) to input the criteria used to pick recipes.
Bonus if you can write a bash script to make the file executable. But not completely necessary.
Please only offer if you fully understand this task and what I want after looking at the files provided.
