Traffic signal optimisation in simul8 -- 2

My project is to optimise the traffic signals at intersections using Simul8 software. The purpose of the project is to reduce traffic congestion and improve the flow of traffic. I will be using traditional traffic signals that are currently in place. The data available for the project is the intersection layout. I am looking to design an optimised traffic signal plan that will reduce travel time for commuters and further reduce traffic congestion at the intersections. By using Simul8, I can simulate the new traffic signal scenarios to analyse the impact on incoming and existing traffic, pinpoint any potential bottlenecks, and compare how the different scenarios affect commuter travel time. The new plan will need to be tested in simulations to ensure it is both efficient and reliable. I am excited to develop a new traffic signal plan that will effectively reduce traffic congestion and improve traffic flow for commuters.
