Sneeze speaker output detector

I need to code something that detects sneezes from me when I’m in my house by the kitchen. When it detects the sneeze I want it to say Medication through a speaker. I have a raspberry pi 3B I can use and you have to tell me what speaker and microphone. I need it to have a click button on the back that when I click the button it will say Medication in a different language and that will be the set language to answer. And I need it to say it in French also. Once you click the button I want it to change the language so that every time you sneeze it says Medication in the language you set it to.
