Rstudio Biostatistician for Medical Research

I am conducting an observational, retrospective cohort study. I am looking for a biostatistician who is proficient in Rstudio, to help me analyze various types of data including patient medical records, survey data, and laboratory results. The primary outcome of interest is relative risk, chi-square test, cox proportional hazard model, visualization such as plot adjusted survival curve.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Rstudio
- Proficiency in biostatistical methods
- Previous work on retrospective cohort studies
- Familiarity with cleaning data in Rstudio
- Familiarity with analyzing patient medical records, survey data, and laboratory results
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex statistical concepts
