Repair my website fault
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am in need of a skilled web developer who can repair the loading speed issue on my WordPress website. When a customer places an order there is a massive delay while they wait for confirmation which is leading to people dropping off, placing the order again as they think there is a problem or ringing to say the website is working.
It appears that the cause of this that the website is traversing the entirety of that directory structure. As clients include images while ordering this directory is very large (76GB) hence the delay. I include the email from the host about the issue.
I need this project doing ASAP as it is affecting the amount of orders received.
Please provide relevant experience.
