Repair an RSV file

I am looking for a technician who has experience working with corrupted video files. We have a video file that is 56gbs from a podcast that needs recovering. The camera battery dropped and the file was not saved correctly.

Please let me know if this is something you have experience with and how long it would take to turn around?
