Remote Junior Developer – Job Bidding & Coding Support (Long-Term)

We are an experienced overseas software development team looking for a motivated junior developer to join us for a long-term collaboration.

Your role will involve:
Submitting job applications and proposals on US-based freelance/job platforms (training & resume provided)
Tracking and following up on submitted bids
Assisting with development work (basic coding tasks) once projects are secured

Requirements:
Good English communication skills
Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
Ability to submit at least 500 job proposals per week (we provide all resources)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Compensation:
Weekly: $40 for job bidding activity
Once projects are secured and you join development work: Full monthly salary of $3,000
Ideal Candidate:
Highly motivated, persistent, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with repetitive tasks like job bidding, but also eager to code
