Qualtrics Likert Survey Design

I’m running an education-focused academic study and need a 7-point Likert-type survey fully set up in Qualtrics. I have the items drafted; what I’m missing is the technical build that will present them cleanly, randomise where required, route respondents through any skip logic, and finish with a summary screen and anonymised completion code so the wider research community can access the dataset without compromising privacy.

Here’s what I’d like back from you:
• A live Qualtrics survey link with all questions formatted on a single-answer 7-point scale (Strongly Disagree → Strongly Agree).
• Survey Flow and Branch Logic configured to handle optional demographics and to ensure every participant reaches the same debrief page.
• Custom end-of-survey message containing the IRB statement and a unique completion code.
• A short codebook describing variable names, scale direction, and any randomisation blocks so my co-authors can import the data straight into SPSS or R.

I’ll provide the final wording, IRB text, and branding elements; you handle the Qualtrics build, test passes, and deliver the working link plus a .qsf export. The job is complete once I can preview, test, and download a clean CSV that matches the codebook.
