Program that search for words on Instagram

I’m looking for person that can help me create a program that search for specific words that are typed into the Instagram post posted of a user.
I want it also to be able to pick which country the influencer should be from. Cause I only need Swedish influencer.
So for an example if I want to find a phrase “I love football” I want to be able to put this in a program and the program search trough a list of Swedish profile and every post with this phrase shows up.
I can maybe send links to the profile I want to be available but even better if I can use all Swedish profiles.
I should also be possible to sort the result by date.
