Phone bot with different answers and speech recognition for sales department

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a phone bot with advanced conversation capabilities to help automate our sales calls. The bot should be tailored to integrate with our current sales infrastructure, allowing customers to interact with it in an intelligent and natural way, with the ability to navigate customer questions and requests in real time. The bot will be English-only, but capable of generating a wide array of responses based on customer input.
