Node-Red Development to control a manufacturing process

Relatively simple logic controlling a vacuum pump used in fiberglass molding operations. This needs to be done with Node-Red Flow Programming and some custom Javascript functions. I would like to not use the Node-Red Dashboard capabilities for screen design as it is no longer supported. I would like to use either FlexDash or UIBuilder

A simple description of the logic is below...

Identify which valves are being used. 1-4
Startup Mode
Select Resin Hardener combination
Start - Open valves.
If vacuum needs to be released, two modes to restart
• Auto-restart after a variable timed delay
• Manual restart
Run the pump for 30 minutes enter Run Mode
Run Mode
Temperature Monitor
(the temperature ranges and times below are variables and need to be stored and retrieved and tied to a
resin hardener combination)
If the temperature is between
• 50-60 degrees, run the pump 5 hours
• 60-70 degrees, run the pump 4 hours
• 70-80 degrees, run the pump 3.5 hours
• 80-90 degrees, run the pump 3 hours
• >90 degrees, run the pump 2 hours
Vacuum Monitor
If the pressure is between
• < 22 inches, display red and pump on
• 20-22 inches, display yellow and pump on
• 22-25 inches, display green and pump off
