I'm in need of a Mirth expert who can help me with both new projects and maintaining existing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new Mirth projects
- Maintain existing Mirth projects
- Handle intermediate data transformations

Experience and Skills required:
- Proficiency in Mirth
- Experience with intermediate data transformations
- Experience in integrating with EMR/EHR systems and Billing systems
- Good communication to understand and deliver on requirements
