Experience/Qualification :
• In-depth knowledge of medical coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and payer policies.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing rules.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent certification is mandatory.
Specialties :
Minimum of 2 years of coding experience in the respective specialties with ICD-10 and CPT
Responsibility :
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer regulations.
• Identify and resolve coding-related denials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding changes and regulatory updates.
• Deliverables as per set target.
