Looking for visionary crypto dev for fun crypto coin -- 2

I am looking for a visionary crypto developer to create a fun and innovative crypto coin. This post is just for the initial coin with no features or anything like that. Then after we gain funding I would like to work with the same developer and create our own in house team for success. Must sign nda/legal docs. Might also have to do fingerprint in your local jurisdiction since we are dealing with people's money.
