LiDAR measurement tool

I’m looking for a surface measurement tool that works with LiDAR scanners. It will be similar to the iPhone’s measure app except that it’s intended for area measurement, not length.
Step 1) Scan flat surface with LiDAR sensor.
Step 2) Drag and drop markers on all corners
Step 3) Press “square footage” to find rough square footage.
Step 4) Select “calculate price” (This feature will multiply The selected $ per square foot X The square footage)
