Language AI

I am looking to build a language learning AI that helps with laguage learning, helps you to speak via voice replies and responds based situations such as generally conversation for social situations to business related conversations, just a few laguage at first but then i would like to have the model trained on other languages.
There are other language learning models out there one which matches what am looking for os mondly however its still seems quite basic for what am looking for if your intrested in this lets clearfy the details.
