90 percent work is done in the paper. I can provide you the paper. Only thing needed to be done is implementing Hyperelliptic curve insted of elliptic curve. I want just a few results which show that this scheme is efficient , like results we achieve by HEC are eficient as compared to ECC in the same scheme which is proposed.
