Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I require an experienced modder for Hearts of Iron 4 (Hoi4). The main tasks include:
- Integrating new countries and leaders into the game with high depth. The leaders must have detailed characteristics, background information, and unique abilities.
- Additionally, I need corrections made on a modification from a friend.
Please note the following:
- If you have prior experience in Hoi4 modding or modding strategy games with historical settings, it is greatly preferred.
- The timeline is open-ended for this project, thus prioritizing quality of output over rapid completion.
