Google Sheets Templates Formula Fixes

I’m currently working with a developer on an application that utilizes Google Sheets templates. However, we are experiencing ongoing issues where formulas in the templates continue to break when the application reloads. Specifically:
When hovering over certain cells, the formula is visible but not functioning until you manually press Enter.
These formulas do not persist correctly when new sheets (templates) are added—whether added before, during, or after the "Definition" sheet.
The dropdown menus for date selection in the four budget templates also break whenever the "Definition" sheet fails.
The sheet is not protected, yet it still displays a lock icon, which may be contributing to the issue.
All formulas in the definition sheet should be tested and working.
It is essential that all formulas within the "Definition" sheet remain intact and dynamic as needed. Additionally, the dropdown functionality in all budget templates must remain stable.
This project will be considered complete only when the templates are correctly implemented by the other developer and all components function as expected without manual intervention.
