Game building

We need someone who can code a unique game. The game involves pixel art and cars. The game designer must be very knowledgeable about coding and must be able to make a game that can be loaded onto something like a raspberry Pi. All game rights and copyrights will owned by me and my company and considered our intellectual property. My be willing to sign an NDA.
