Flowgorithm expert required

I need a Flowgorithm to create an application that reads five positive integers, calculates the sum of the odd input integers, the sum of the even input integers, the count of the input integers that are multiples of three, and outputs the results of the calculations on the screen (sample outputs attached).

Assume that the user will input valid positive integers.
