FORTRAN CODE FOR RESEARCH PROJECT

I am in need of help with a research project involving FORTRAN code. I need someone who is experienced in programming using FORTRAN to help me create a code for this project. The operating system that I am using is Windows, so the code should be written in FORTRAN with respect to Windows. The level of optimization that I'm looking for is medium. I am open to any suggestions or advice since I am relatively new to coding in FORTRAN. I need to make sure that whatever code I create runs efficiently and optimally.
