Experienced Security Developer for Security Vulnerability Resolution.
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Seeking a developer (preferably Typescript) with cybersecurity expertise to address critical security vulnerabilities in a software project. The candidate must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Attached is an example of key issues that need to be fixed. Familiarity with these types of issues is critical.
Scope of Work:
Comprehensive Security Assessment: Conduct a thorough security review using various scanning types, including SAST, Secret Detection, IaC Scanning, Dependency Scanning, License Scanning, and Coverage-guided Fuzz Testing during the commit stage; Container Scanning at the build stage; API Security and DAST during testing; and Operational Container Scanning upon deployment.
Patch Development and Code Modification: Develop and implement patches to rectify identified vulnerabilities, and modify TypeScript files as required.
Testing and Validation: Ensure all security issues are effectively resolved without impairing system functionality.
Documentation: Provide detailed documentation of all changes and security enhancements.
Required Skills: Coding (preferably in Typescript), extensive experience in cybersecurity, and ability to independently devise solutions
Preference given to someone that takes the time to look at the attached file and mentions at least one item from it. Looking for someone part-time (possibly full) for the long term as we continually develop the application.
