Project Goals and Purpose: to develop a paperless solution that will streamline workflows between the office and the field, as well as to make the external and internal environmental audit process painless, by organizing documents and automating audit work papers. Overall. The solution will optimize the environmental audit processes to digitally transform the organization’s system. Thus, providing access to compliance and safety inspections, and improved efficiency of field-team among others.

Project Outputs and Indicators: I. Customizable Checklist that can adapt to the organization’s/projects’ audit type; II. Automatic Scheduling which will handle scheduling scenarios; III. Designs for Mobile, to allow for audit performance from any mobile device; IV. Accountability for late task, through Email reminders and escalation; V. Tracking and Corrective Action, for follow up on non-conformances until they are closed for good; VI. Flexible Reporting by accessing needed data, when needed; and VII. High grade Cloud Security that is compliant with industry best practices.
