Elliptical Gear Lua Coding Project
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
My project involves developing a lua code that will work in the IceSL application. This code is intended to:
- Calculate tooth dimensions and positions for an elliptical gear.
- Simulate the motion of the elliptical gear.
- Generate a 3D model of the gear fit for printing.
The code's purpose is the transmission of power with the elliptical gear featuring a correct involute tooth profile.
Ideal freelancers should have:
- Past experience/capabilities in lua coding, specifically within IceSL or comparable applications.
- A solid understanding of gear mechanisms, preferably with prior design experience.
- Familiarity with 3D printing practices to ensure the model is practically buildable.
