EMA's on Three Time Frames

I use NT8 I trade Futures using Renko charts. I have a EC(enrty chart) and two AC charts(anchor charts larger tick values) Ec may be 4/2 tick renko and AC1 6/3 tick renko AC2 12/6 tick renko. On all of my charts, I have EMA's 8,21,34,55,89,200. I use Renko bars with wicks I would like to know when the price on AC1 and or AC2 touch or close on EMA 21,34,89, and 200 at the same time on my EC. For example on my EC the candle closes on or touches EMA 34 in an uptrend and on AC1 it is also touching or closing on EMA 21 on AC1 I would like the candle on my EC the is touching the EMA to be painted or have text plotted to let me know.
