Discord Bot

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Discord bot with the following requirements and preferences:
Features:
- Moderation: The bot should have moderation features to help manage the server, such as kicking and banning users, and enforcing server rules.
- Music: The bot should be able to play music in voice channels, with basic playback controls such as play, pause, skip, and volume control.
- Custom Commands: The bot should have the ability to execute custom commands specified by the server owner, such as displaying information or performing specific actions.
Design and Appearance:
- No specific preferences or requirements for the design or appearance of the bot. As long as it functions well, the visual aspects are not a priority.
User Interaction:
- High interaction: I want the bot to be able to engage with users and respond to various commands and prompts, providing information, performing actions, and interacting in a dynamic and engaging manner.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Discord bot development, using programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
