Develop Algo trading Stratergy for indian Market

iam a retail Stock trader in Indian Stock Market, i perform Day trading using Fundamental analysis with my own manual trading logic.
But with Advancemnt in Technology , need to develop a algo stratergy for Trading on the basis of trading logic.
Requitrement:
1. Develop a algo Stratergy
2.Back test it
3. Fine tune to do alteration in settings as per back test result for betteer performance. Peoplle with experinnce in Cloud is preferred since running in cloud is more preferrable
4. Help in tntegrating the Algo stratergy with the broker API
5. Integrating the algo stratergy in the Algo marketplace
6. Handove rthe code of developed stratergy
