AI/Data Scientist & Mechanical Engineer Needed for Vibration Analysis & Predictive Maintenance
I’m looking for a skilled data scientist & mechanical engineer to help analyze mechanical engineering datasets specifically in vibration analysis & predictive maintenance.
✅ **Analyze vibration sensor data** to detect mechanical issues before failure.
✅ **Develop an AI model** to predict equipment failures using historical trends.
✅ **Find or source existing datasets** related to predictive maintenance & vibration analysis.
✅ **Compare IMS & CWRU datasets** and structure them for AI-based classification.
✅ **Perform feature extraction (FFT, STFT, signal processing) & implement AI/ML models.**
✅ **Create simulations in MATLAB/Python** to test predictive algorithms.
ideal Candidate Should Have:
? Mechanical Engineering + Data Science background (experience in vibrations is a huge plus!).
? Strong knowledge of AI/ML for predictive maintenance.
? Experience handling & interpreting sensor data (accelerometers, vibration sensors, etc.).
? Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, TensorFlow/Keras for deep learning**.
