I (website owner) gets a small commssion. its better if my binance wallet is linked to the site and 1st i receive money from selling lotteries and then winners get their price back from me. after one round is over the 2nd round should start immemdiately without intervals. super simple low graphics are enough. budget is 50$-75$.
