Crypto Code Contracts for Arbitrage Trading

We need someone to complete coded contracts for Crypto Arbitrage, for specifically trading on exchanges, so we'd like to borrow crypto and trade it on a different exchange. Also execute the contract for us. Is this something you can do and are you comfortable with? Have you done this before?
