Cool vibe

This project will be a live chattline / connection hot line. But with a small twist. This one will be for male and female prisoners. This will be a place where they can both call from different instituions and connect with each other via phone. I want all the prompts to be voice command and short as posible. This service will be membership based so each person will be required to enter a members ID number inorder to gain access to their account. The service will be free for woman but a monthly fee for men.
