I need a web application developed that can process and summarize excel files of chat transcripts. The transcripts are from technical support conversations, encompassing roughly 1000 rows. Each row corresponds to an independent chat transcript.
The application should fulfill the following requirements:
- The summarizer should give a brief summary of each chat, listed in a new column next to each transcript.
- The summaries should highlight the problems faced by customers, the solutions offered, and the general topics covered in the conversations.
