Built me a website

Hello, my project is smart parking, i have to built a user friendly website to book to parking slots in a particular location. I have done the admin to allocate the parking. I need a help to built a user to login/ register and use google maps to locate the user location. And do testing for frontend and the backend.
Softwares: javascripts, .net, sql server
Testing requirements: frontend-selenium testing, backend-j-unit testing.
