Build a Blockchain/Token for Charity for our Foundation and Promote it till $10M Cap.

I lead a very big Charity Organization in Nigeria and we are interested in building a blockchain/Token with a use-case of Medical Charity work in Nigeria, and other African country. We need an experienced developer who will work with us to build, implement the token to at least a $10M market cap.
