The tool aims to enhance productivity by making sure production and dispatch is scheduled in the mist efficient way possible minimising cost of labours or increase volume dispatched integrating key features.

Essential Features:
- Inventory Management: Keep track of raw materials and finished products.
- Real-time Production Tracking: Monitor production processes as they happen.
- Automated Dispatch Scheduling: Optimize delivery schedules automatically.

Platform Compatibility: The tool should be compatible with desktop devices.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

DESCRIPTION
Currently material receipts/outward are unscheduled through the week and day, leading to idle time for the contractual
manpower at sites. This impacts productivity and also continuity of operations at times. Challenge is to build a robust
scheduling tool for breweries & vendors to equalize workload at any given time.
JOB TO BE DONE
(KPIs and Timelines)
• Understand loading/unloading practices being followed at site
• Open gaps leading to unequal
loading plan through the day/week
• Benchmark with industry practices and implement methods to increase static efficiency of loading/unloading
• Build planning/scheduling tool for breweries & vendors to equalize workload at any given time. Provide clear
recommendation and execute pilot to improve productivity by 5% using above.
