Basic function website creation

Looking for someone who can copy a existing blueprint of a website, this is in the banking field. Whether youre a backend engineer or someone who is good with cloning and copying pre-existing websites it doesnt matter to us. You need to be familiar with how normal bank website operate, this is a start up company so we will only have basic bare minimum functions for now.

Things like log in, home page, a few clickable headers and footers that need to be operational and also will need to be pre loaded with some information. We are working on a timeline so this isnt a long drawn out gig.
