Automate a tool of Jarvee for use to target messaging to influencers

We need a person to use the tool of Jarvee (https://jarvee.com/) to target social media influencers who arrive in a location with an automated message of an offer from our company. We have a subscription to Jarvee already. This job will suit someone who has used before or a technical/coder mindset.
