AmiBroker Algo (AFL) Coding

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to code an Algo in AFL for a strategy I want to use in AmiBroker in the Indian Market (NSE EQ).
What I'm looking for in the algo:
This is an intraday strategy for EQ in 5-Minute Timeframe.
The algo should scan the first 5-minute candle of the day and if there is EMA crossover + RSI above 70 and buy when the high of first candle is broken.
The inverse should be applicable for sell order.
I should able to configure the timeframe and EMA/RSI values as per my requirement.
