I need an Arabic Speaking Codeigniter developer for Developing an accounting module

I am looking for a skilled Codeigniter developer who can assist me in developing an accounting module for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in Codeigniter and accounting software development.

Specific features required for the accounting module include:
- Invoicing and billing functionality
- Expense and income monitoring
- Financial reporting capabilities.
- Trial Balance and income statement
- other related Reports.
- we also need to integrate this module in a web application where another modules has developed such as (Customers, Suppliers, Invoicing, Purchase , Collection and inventory).

The new module should integrate with existing modules or systems, as specified by the client.

Freelance should have the below:
- More than 4 years Experience in Codeigniter.
- Must have developed more than an accounting module or system and have a very good accounting background and basics.
- Freelancer MUST speaks Arabic as a mother tongue as the system and Requirements is written in Arabic
