re-develop the register machine of control software of Ubuntu system to generate code

We need technicians to be able to re-develop the control software in a cosmetic instrument, and it’s system is Ubuntu.
This control software has a registration verification system. So I need a registration machine has the same algorithm with it.
This registration machine need to generate activation code that can used on my machine.
The order receiving team is required to have good operating experience.
