codeigniter theme install and Customization

I'm looking to have a simple codeigniter theme installed and customized. I already have the theme files, so the coder would just need to upload and configure the template accordingly. I will also need additional functionality added. I require the customizations to be done in codeigniter and I'm confident that a knowledgeable freelancer can help me out.
