[PHP] Greek Freelancer is needed

Hello everyone
We would like to work with a Greek freelancer to make some additions and a connection with a DB for a website to be presented for a seminar. More specifically, most of the features are already implemented. We need some additions regarding the fields in the forms and to be connected to the database.
Also the user tab that will contain the personal information for the user has not been implemented. Finally the Dashboard of the administrator should be implemented. That's all
