PHP Android App (Attendence report system )

We are looking An Experienced Developer both PHP and Android App
system features:
1.Admin Web Panel will create staff and allocate with projects
-Also Admin will see the reports off staff attendence either by detail or by summary
2.Staff panel (Android App ) staff with log to the system and then Fill daily attendence form (Date,start time ,end time ,project ,description) he will fill manually
-staff can see list attendence attendence report and can edit delete it
-after the end of the month staff will submit attendence like July attendence with digital signature .
3.After staff submitted that month attendence admin will approve it in admin panel and make digital signature
4.staff can see list monthly report of approved attendence with admin signature
Note : system must be friendly
Admin panel will be web in PHP
Staff panel will Android App
and system must very speed in both panel
