I need to add two features to my backend system. note that I am not an expert to the backend which I am going to give you, so you need to dig out where is the exact place to add/modify in order to accomplish my two tasks.
also the freelancer will be given only one hour to see if he is able then he need to finish the work in max 4 hours.
Task one: when user upload new advertisement to be approved by the admin, the system should send email to the admin informing him that there is an advertisement has been uploaded and waiting for the admin approval.
Task Two: when the admin reject the advertisement, the admin should have an textarea where he can input the reason why he has rejected the adv.
