About Us:
We are a media planning company that designs media plans for our clients to broadcast their advertisements on TV, Radio, and Digital Channels.
Project Description:
We aim to transition from handling our media plans via Excel to a comprehensive system. This system will:
Store data of our clients and suppliers.
Allow us to input and create media plans detailing each segment of purchased TV/radio shows or digital media advertisement slots.
Enable revisions to these plans, with each revised version being stored in the system.
Process the finalized plan to generate an executable version, which will be updated as the media campaign progresses due to potential shifts in TV schedules or deviations in target reach. Hence, the finalized and executed plans might differ.
Upon completion of a media campaign, we aim to contrast the proposed plan with the executed one, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Match the completed plans with the media purchases and payments received from clients. This will allow insights into profit-loss and payable-receivable statuses for each campaign.
Integrate with our invoicing system via API. This integration will support issuing invoices and pulling in received invoices, processing them within the system.
Technical Details:
The database structure is already designed and available as a diagram.
Basic functionalities like user logins and authorizations are set.
We are utilizing the Metronic dashboard template.
Our tech stack includes PHP CodeIgniter 4 and MySQL.
