Hiring a web developer

I’m managing Singapore IT company. We are developing and selling our own SaaS web application.
I’m looking for a permanent web developer for my company.

Salary: USD1500/month Fixed.
Working hour : 8 hours/day x 5 days/week. (20-21 days/month )
100% Remote work.
Probation period : 3 months.

Essential Requirement:
Experience of building SaaS web application.
Good UI/UX design skill for web application
Front end : HTML,CSS,JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap etc
Backend : PHP codeigniter3, MySQL, Node.js, socket.io,

Familiar with API such as Agora.io, Stripe, PayPal
Familiar with GitHub
